Returns Policy

Within 14 days of receipt

Here at Mia Browne, we are very keen to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Buying from the internet is very different from shopping in the high street as you can't physically see the goods. For this reason, the UK government enforces "Distant Selling Regulations" on internet shops to ensure that you, the consumer, have 7 days from receipt to return your purchase if it does not meet your expectations in any way. Mia Browne extends this 7 day period to 14 days, ensuring you have plenty of time to arrange a return and refund.

Conditions of return

Wigs, hair pieces and hair extensions are very personal in nature and for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer refunds on any products that have been worn, brushed, cut or restyled in any way. All our goods are inspected prior to despatch to ensure they are in factory condition. Any product warranting a return and refund must be returned in the same condition. Mia Browne will not sell you a worn or used product. Therefore, we cannot refund products that are not returned in new condition. This includes any product smelling of perfume or tobacco. Goods will inspected on return before a refund is processed.

Returns procedure

All returns must be authorised. We cannot process a refund on goods that have been returned without prior approval. Please ensure you telephone or email Mia Browne and receive authorisation to return your purchase. All goods must be returned by using a recorded/signed for service. This is for your peace of mind so that you have proof that the product has been received by us.

Damaged Goods

In all cases, we request that you attempt to check your delivery upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged, please contact us immediately and ensure that you retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your Mia Browne order number and with the details of the problem and we will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer. It is your responsibility to notify us of any damaged or incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.

Postage refunds

Postage costs will not be refunded other than in the instance of damaged goods or the return postage of incorrect items.
